  My wife and I stayed at the Royal Hotel the last night of our stay in Greece. We were looking for someplace close to the airport, due to our early morning flight. We were inv - The staff! They are absolutely the best. Even before we arrived, they made themselves available via email to answer all sorts of questions as well as offer very helpful advice. Those interactions made us feel as if we had friends waiting to greet us in Greece. This was especially helpful since Thessaloniki was the start of our 17-day trip (via car) throughout Greece. Amazing food - fusion cuisine. 100 m close to the sea, but the beach is not superb though very decent. Thera are couple of fireplaces in the lobby and the feeling was magic. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, no problem to park and I really injoyed winter spa wekend in this hotel. Outside of the hotel with sweeming pools is also nice but not interesting in this time of the year.   We loved everything about this beautiful new resort!! The place was as clean and inviting as you can imagine. The view and feeling from our balcony in an ocean view room was spectacular, but we could also go to the other side of the hotel for great views of Mount Olympus. When we arrived we got an upgrade to a junior suite with a mountain view due to availability. The room was perfect! Spacious, clean, luxurious! The jacuzzi at the balcony was great and i totally recommend it. The staff was very helpful and polite. The facilities were worthy of the hotel's five star category.

  Second time we stay in this hotel. Everything was perfect. Clean, quiet room with amazing view on the lake. Excellent breakfast and as usual very helping staff. - Friendly and helpful staff - we have changed our plans and they let us to cancell booking for one day without any charge. Good room.
