we think that this hotel should set as example for family owned hotels. the hotel is very pretty, extremely clean. great location with mountains view, comfortable parking lot. the owner and his wife so nice, helpfull and did everything to make us happy and pleased. the wood decoration of the hotel, lobby and rooms, the decorated ceilings... the best value for money in our trip to greece!

We liked the hotel very much, although we only stayed the one night, as we were travelling further into the mountains (next time we will stay longer!) Very good location close to the square of the village. It has nice view to a forested mountain and satisfactorily spacious balconies to enjoy the view. The hotel has the most modern infrastructure in the village from what I saw and it is comfortable for families with babies. (in the hotel only)

The hotel is in the central square of a small village next to Parga. There is a nice garden with olive trees and flowers. Big parking space is available. The rooms are nicely decorated in trendy colors, beds are comfortable. Balcony is big with furniture. The owners also run the Taverna Vassilis where the food is the best in Parga. The breakfast is also a delicious experience with homemade traditional greek food. The attitude of the owners is extremely friendly and helpful.

There is nothing to complain about. We are arrived and they upgraded us to a deluxe room. The hotel was very clean and up to date (since they renovated it around six months ago). The receptionist tried her very hardest to make sure we were comfortable (a very big plus) and the breakfast was amazing, since it was freshly cooked.

We had a room with 3 beds. Everything was clean and well equipped. The hotel is more or less the last house on top of Konitsa in about 750m above sea level. Our room had a large balcony including a spectacular mountain view and over the town. We really enjoyed the very good breakfast in the morning (fresh boiled eggs or omelet/juice/coffee or tea ham and cheese/jam and honey/yoghurt/cakes/cookies…). The hotel is not in the center, but if you have a car is not a problem even walking distance is not a problem because is only 15-20 min from the center. Very quiet place totally new and with very beautiful view o the lake. There is private parking at the front of the hotel. Receptions were very kind and helpful. Excellent deal. Rich breakfast and it is more than enough for travelers.
