The B&B is situated close to the beach. The beach is not as crowded as in other places. Compared to the Rhodos City, the beach is less busy, the sea is mostly calm, water is crystal clear. We rented a car, so we were able to see a lot. Roads are good. -

You must stay here, it is perfect, perfect and perfect!! We absolutely loved our stay here. We got picked up and dropped off at the old town gates in a golf cart! The hotel is a boutique style hotel which meant that it was quiet and peaceful and we found the experience more personal. Romantic is the right name for this hotel! We had a short stay in October as we were in the island to look for a quiet place to spend our honeymoon next June. We loved everything in this hotel. We had a romantic sea view room and breakfast was lovely, plenty to choose from, with home made breads. The owner offered us to stay as late as we want with no extra charge on check out date. We now know that our honeymoon is going to be a perfect one at Porto Scoutari next June.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant and bar offers food and drinks of excellent quality (not really expencive). We stayed in two rooms, first in juniour suite, then in superior junior suite (it was present to our honeymoon). Both rooms had private pools and a great view. It is the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

The 9 Muses is both luxurious and laid-back. Meticulously maintained resort but -- like Patmos itself -- not overly trendy or fussy. Simply chic. Splendidly situated close to Skala (but not too close!) as well as the fabulous old Monestary, Chora and excellent beaches.
