Perfect location, it takes you about 10 minutes to walk to Fira and even less to Oia. We stayed there with my boyfriend for a couple of days and literally walked through the entire island. Very good location, 10 min walk from buzzing Fira but much more quiet.
Excellent view of the caldera from the shared balcony. Kosmas, the
owner, is kind and very helpful. Very good value for money, considering
how much others charge for the view, if you are willing to share it.
Tip: If you are budget conscious get a room without a view. The ones
with the view just have a window anyway and the balcony is what makes
it worth it.

We came to Santorini for our honeymoon and it was the perfect location! we stayed at the hotel for 5 nights, loved every second! The room had everything we needed, including a balcony with Caldera view! The pool was so nice, the perfect place to relax. The breakfast was so good, and the stuff were nice and kind. Outside the city fuss this beautiful hidden place is excellent when you look for quiet and stunning environment. Car is essential as it would be anywhere in Mykonos for people who plan to see a bit more than a hotel pool. We were 2 couples and we wanted apartment with kitchen, to have breakfast on veranda. Casa del mar was perfect for that too! Pictures are the mirror of reality, we recommend definitely.

Beautiful Santorini property with stunning views of the caldera. I had a suite with a private plunge pool and thoroughly enjoyed my 5 day stay.
