Meals in the restaurant were fantastic, again with lots of extras and a new dessert to sample every day. The staff were very well trained, courteous and took the time to talk.   The hotel is beautiful, the grounds are lovely, the swimming facilities are stunning with lots of little terraces built out into the sea. I don't know how busy the hotel was but there were always loungers available. The access to sea swimming was the best thing for us. We ate all our meals in the hotel and they were great. We were upgraded and our room was lovely with fabulous view to spinalonga and hot tub on the balcony . Another very nice touch was free bottle of very good quality Cretan red wine .
