  I liked everything. A small well run hotel. Lovely room with comfortable bed, slept better than I do at home, the situation is so quiet. The views are stunning from room and the pool area and dining area. Nice lush gardens. The beach was very clea ,sea warm,weather perfect .   We liked everything in castello! When we arrived maria the reception lady gave us a nice welcome and told us that they've upgraded us to the honeymoon suite ! we had a big comfortable room, well designed with a jacuzzi on the large balcony facing the sea. The staff payed attention to a lot of details, it felt like we got a personal treatment. The pool was great, not too cold! Th - Nothing was too much for any of the staff - you were treated superbly with a fantastic hotel room & great sea views. As we arrived late & missed dinner, the hotel had placed a plate of salad, cold meat, a bottle of wine & water on our arrival. During meal times, there was a wide selection of dishes available. Sissi is a quiet area as is the hotel and fantastic for peace & relaxation. The spa treatments that i received were well worth the money.

Very close to Chania, especially if someone has its own car. Only 5-10 min away by car. There is a pool bar serving snacks, drinks, coffee and breakfast on demand. This time a shared a bungalow-style 'house' (two bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge, terrace and good-sized private pool) right by the sea and it was wonderful to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves. He greets every arriving guest personally and shows them to their room. I met som - All the staff are very professional, efficient and anticipate your every need. The restaurants have a perfect choice of excellent food and first class service. Christopher, the maitre d'hotel, runs the restaurants with an eye for every detail – all the time. The hotel is close enough to Agios Nikolaos to get there for an evening out, in five minutes, yet far enough away to be far from the madding crowd.
