  Perfect location, it takes you about 10 minutes to walk to Fira and even less to Oia. We stayed there with my boyfriend for a couple of days and literally walked through the entire island. The hotel is nice and cozy,and has only 4 rooms. Staff was very fri - Very good location, 10 min walk from buzzing Fira but much more quiet. Excellent view of the caldera from the shared balcony. Kosmas, the owner, is kind and very helpful. Very good value for money, considering how much others charge for the view, if you are willing to share it. Tip: If you are budget conscious get a room without a view. The ones with the view just have a window anyway and the balcony is what makes it worth it.

  We really had a great time. fira (karterados) is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday especially in june. Thea Studios is well located, close to the center, restaurants, bars, etc. You can easily rent a quad and exploring the island with pleasure.   The hotel is absolutely beautiful and in a great location overlooking the caldera. All the views are just stunning, and although you don't get the famous "sunset" of Oia, we loved the changing colors of the sky against the volcano (a more unique view than a sunset, in my opinion).
