The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful. Ms. Eleftheria (Front desk supervisor) was very friendly, willing to help, and made our stay very comfortable. Good design - quiet pool and spa. for us location was handy ~ 1 hour from Athens Airport. A beautiful environment. A beach that is at the doorstep, a nice spa and a fitness room. Beautiful beach, quite, very nice garden and the staff were very helpful and friendly. it was very nice weekend.the hotel was clean and in abeautiful location. The pool; The views; and Access/proximity to the beach. Liked the pool and beach area. Liked the casino. Great room, fast free Internet. Helpful staff. The bed is not very comfortable, I think though it would be easy to change by taking the rubber fabric they put under the sheets. They should consider replacing the room furniture. The casino - patrons were generally rude/ inconsiderate; The car park was highly disorganised, casino patrons parking between the lanes hence takng up two car spaces. Generally dissatisfied with the service received from most staff interacted with in the casino. No loyalty program, Have been there 4 different times and they had no record of us as previous guests. In previous years, it was a more adult getaway destination. During this visit there were too too many families with young children. The hotel did little to engage or cater to the adult audience. The bathroom. Showers will better serve their purpose if were enclosed with a curtain or extending the glass all the way. matress very old and bad prices on mini bar extremelly high. Service, room not made up at 2.30 P.M., no foreign language newspaper at hotel shops,no tourist information maps or pamflets at concierge. Nothing. 21 euro for breakfast ? Unreal!!!. Very dearty beach. The most of staff are the recep[tion were indifferent, some even seemed that they did not want to be there. The concierge was not existent. The restaurant was understaffed. They had plastic layer at the matresses- cover and the beds were put together using twin bed that was very uncomfortable to sleep and inconvenient. The combination with casino causes a huge crowd which makes it feel like living in teh middle of a thoroughfare. Basement carpark lift is located outside the hotel which I thought was quite unusual and inconvenient. I'm sure there's a valid reason for the complex carpark design but it is unusual. Its dilapidated condition is inexplicable. High price hotel. rooms too small, lack of personal service,ugly modern hotel.
