  The staff is very friendly with the customers, well trained and always ready to serve our needs. Our room was large, comfortable and above all it was very clean. The bathroom of our room was also very clean and had outside of tub and shower. The buffet had a great variety and all the food was delicious!   Das Hotel ist wunderschön gestaltet und arbeitet wunderbar mit Licht, was Abend toll zu Geltung kommt und die all-abendliche Fontänen-Show ist einmalig und beeindruckend. Tolles Essen und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend... davon konnten wir uns überzeugend als unsere Tochter einen Arzt brauchte und wir an der Rezeption nach einem... was die leute sagen » fragten. Der Arzt wurde sofort angerufen und 20 min. später war er auf unserem Zimmer! Ein super Animations-Team und der Mini-Club ist auch sehr schö - the staff was very friendly and helped us with all our needs. the rooms were cleaned twice a day and the facility was very well preserved . the activities of the animation team were very entertaining. - The Staff is amazing, the rooms are big and comfort and all facilities are brand new. The food is Good, but if you are looking for excellent food, consider going to a restaurant.
