  The location is a little bit remote without a car, but this provides more privacy. I think it's a very nice location compare to the rather busier and noisier Oia or Fira. The view is superb and you can see both sunrise and sunset on both sides of the hotel. The service of the staffs are second to none.   Everything. I had booked into Regina Mare, however it was winding up for end of season so they put me in Avaton Resort, their sister hotel in Imerovigli. The staff were the loveliest people you will encounter in a hotel anywhere! And I've stayed in a lot of hotels. The hotel itself is just beautiful! with an amazing view and beautiful sunsets- not worse than in Oia! Great pools with sun beds, a bar where you can drink and eat very delicious food (you must try 'ntomatokeftedes' with the splendid view it means that you can stay all day long and do not move at all.
