  The staff, especially the proprietress, were really helpful friendly and thoughtful. They all spoke good English. We immediately felt at home - among friends. Our room was pleasant, airy and had a view of the sea from its balcony. Eva, the hostess is a wonderfully friendly and helpful person. We didn't arrive until midnight, she left us a welcome note and instructions about the key. She went so far as to make us a take-away breakfast when we had to leave to catch the midnight ferry. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is meticulously clean, and the beds are the softest I've experienced in Greece so far. The pool area is as good as any luxury hotel, and the outdoor gardens are lovely.

Excellent continental breakfast. Reasonable price. Right in the mix of things near the golden road. They had air conditioning.

Location is very convenient, near to Fira ( 5 minutes walking) but not too close to be noisy, in fact, the surroundings of the hotel were quiet and peaceful. Room was spacious and very clean.   Nefeles Luxury Suites is very conveniently located on the rim of the Caldera, near the shops and the cable car. Since we stayed on the highest floor, we could just step out of our room, climb 3 stairs and there we were in the shopping district! The view from our balcony cannot be beaten.   The hotel is super! The hotel is very well located - a three-minute walk to the cable car and the stairs that lead to the old port. We had family room. Two floors, two bedrooms, large living room. Plenty of towels - to use in the room and take to the beach. The staff is very friendly! They help in any issue. Two speak Russian. Two days we - This is a great hotel. Couldn't really ask for anything more. If you truly want to enjoy Santorini and make the most of your time, stay here. We didn't have to worry about finding a mediocre restaurant with a view because we had a 24 hour view right from the comfort of our room. And with a patio you could buy some wine or beer and sit outside as long as you wanted. Not to mention that this isn't a large hotel, so you really feel catered to.   A fantastic hotel runs by a fantastic family. We were there for 4 nights with 3 teenagers. The children slept in an apartment-loft while my husband and I were in the windmill: very romantic and lovely. The pool area is wonderful, with nice sunbeds.
