Everything - the view was incredible. Fanes was extremely accommodating and met us at the airport and also arranged for rental car to meet us at the suites. Clean and comfortable room with nice amenities. Very quiet and private. Can't wait to go back!
Aroma Suites was just superb and worth every cent. The service was impeccable. We were greated at the port and transfered directly to the hotel where we were amazed by the view - it is exactly how the pictures on the website are - sheer amazing. It was the perfect end to a perfect holiday.
Everything! It is a fabulous location and the Manager Fanis is superb.He makes your stay all the more special with his effort and personaltouch. He recommended 4 great restaurants for us to eat at (with alittle one in tow) and all had great food, service and the price was nothorrendous like a lot of places are in the greek islands.
When we first got there we were a little disappointed in the size of theroom as we had a baby cot also in there (we booked a cave apartment formore room). But very quickly the place overwhelmed us and we didn't havea bad word to say about the place, the view is great if you look pastthe poles and power lines. But it was all part of it's charm. A lovelyquiet location. Just magic!!!!

Very personable and helpful Management Staff. Fanes and his Wife were awesome hosts and made our "10th Anniversary" holiday very memorable.
For the price charged for the room, Breakfast could have been included as some other hotels did during our week in Santorini.
The owner was very pleasant, attentive and helpful. He was essentially at our beck and call, though we did not require anything not already provided.
Great Location
Staff was really friendly! The weather was not that great when I was there, but the staff made sure my heater was working fine, gave me a map straight away and offered me hot coffee on arrival and in the morning.

This is a hotel with super views and great location in the town. It was a treat just to sit and drink coffee while looking at the caldera and cruise ships. It was great just to be there.
Pick-up and drop-off at the airport, coffee in the morning on the balcony (breakfast not included in price), friendly and helpful manager, great views, peaceful location, friendly atmosphere where you meet other travellers (homely feeling), being able to bring and consume own food and drink in communal areas.
No pool, but learnt there was access to one nearby. As we only stayed a short time the pool wasn't a big consideration when booking.
Postcard perfect view and very hospitable hosts! Transfer from airport is excellent and we felt that we could ask for any assistance or advice and recieve it from Fanes and his wife. Excellent location to sights, shops, restaurants and buses and we had a very memorable stay at Aroma. We would recommend Aroma Suites to anyone visiting Santorini.
Would have loved breakfast to be included to take advantage of the views and also coffee making facilities woudl be a suggestion.

Difficult to reach with luggage - up hill, down stairs, etc.
My adult daughter and I stayed in February. We were delayed one day in getting to the island due to bad weather. The proprietor was more than accommodating. He guided us in finding open restaurants and made suggestions regarding the highlights of the island.
Would have liked a door (rather than curtain) between bedroom and bathroom.
The service is good and friendly from the owner, he even picked and took us to the airport. The view of the hotel is really the same as it put on the internet, really nice view of santorini.
The manager was wonderful - very helpful. We appreciated being picked up at the ferry and the brief overview of various things to do on the Island during our stay. After the 8 hour ferry ride, it was wonderful not to have to worry about getting a taxi, finding the hotel, room, etc.
I believe it is important to remember that the accommodations are not like we have in Canada and United States. A different culture, less frills, a wonderful atmosphere, peace and very charming.
