  Beautiful views, and so much outdoor space! Huge rooftop patio with great seating, along with many smaller patios and balconies throughout. We basically had a private patio and gorgeous balcony with lounge chairs to ourselves because it was right outside our room, but anyone could have used it. Breakfast was very good. We later stayed just down the street at Hotel Nazos and though they looked about the same online, Ibiscus was a much better experience (nicer fac - My room had a balcony with beautiful view of the harbor and windmills. The sunset view was breathtaking. The hotel had lovely terraces. The hotel is located 15-20 minute walking distance from the town center (uphill) but the view is worth it. The breakfast was very good. The cookies and cakes were especially decicious!! The hotel offered free transfer to and from the port which was very convenient.

  Antonios (the owner) was very friendly and helpful. He picked me up from the airport, checked me in quickly, gave me a map of Mykonos and directions of where I wanted to go. He also gave me his mobile number and assured me that he was always contactable, in case he wasn't at the guest house if I needed him. We had a lovely room with cooking facilities and amazing views, (it was so good we sat and had our tea there instead of going out) it was all right clean and well run.

  We enjoyed our stay at Portobello Boutique Hotel tremendously. It is a classy hotel with a very contemporary feel, nestled a little away from the main town of Mykonos, barely 5 mins away from the quaint shops and little alleys.   Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und auch wieder pünktlich hingefahren. Die Besitzer sind außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man ist relativ schnell am Ornos Beach. Die Bushaltestelle in die Stadt ist auch gleich in der Nähe. Ansonsten läuft man ca. 40 Minuten an einer Küstenstraße entlang (Vorsicht - kein Gehweg). Supermarkt, Bäcker, Re... was die leute sagen » staurants (auch bezahlbare) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. - Great staff. Fantastic water pressure in shower. Very clean. About a 10min walk to beach. Lovely building. Ornos beach has lots of restaurants/bars. Not to do with the hotel, but taxis are almost impossible to get (only about 20 on the island) so make sure you book your transfer from port before you arrive! Bus system is very poor also. Packed buses that only come every hour...but once you get one it's only 10mins to city centre from Ornos. To get from Ornos to Paradise beach is a bit of an ef - This is a family hotel and staff is nice. The manager Eleni a very caring and helpful person. The hotel is very clean. Although we have stayed in the economic (budget) room with my wife, it has a small balcony (on the ground level) and in was comfortable enough. It has a Cycladic and beautiful architecture like the other houses in Mykonos. The place is Ornos and you are very near top beach, restaurants and there are two markets and a bakery near to hotel. We will come again.
