Also Nikos, whom we did not have the pleasure to know, was very kind and helpful by email and phone. In addition the place in itself is set at a remarkably high standard in terms of facilities, finishing and desi... was die leute sagen » gn, kept perfectly functional (learning that it was build six years ago instead of six weeks comes as a real surprise) and, seriously, clean like a cr - - Friendly hosts which made us feel comfortable and at home. - Good internet connection. - Clean and comfortable rooms. Each villa has two spacious terrace balconies where you can have a nice time with a book and a glass of wine. - If you rent a car (which I strongly recommend) you will be mid-way to many beaches and 3 minutes to Zakynthos town, this will give you freedom in choosing at what beach to go each day. We have enjoyed very much our stay at Muses Zante Villa.

  It was very quiet and easy to sleep. The location was excellent, just off the main road behind a supermarket and a bus stop! Denise, the owner, was very friendly and let us check in at 7am (even though check in wasn't meant to be until 2pm!). The rooms were basic but very clean.   Very nice hotel, very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to airport and only 5 minutes drive by taxi to the main town and the harbour. Breakfast excellent - plenty of hot and cold food provided. We stayed here on our way to Olympia and on the way back. Dinner at the hotel was excellent. We normally do not eat at the hotel where we are - An excellent family run hotel. All the staff are very helpful and really do make an effort. It's clean, tidy, safe and generally very pleasant. We had a big comfortable bed. They have a good bar and good food. It's in a great location, just a very short walk to beach and restaurants/ bars. If you want to stay in Kalamaki then you won't go wrong booking in at the Venus Hotel.

  There's not a lot to not like about the Aeolos Resort. We stayed for 4 nights in early June 2013. On arrival we were made to feel like nothing was too much for them. The family run hotel and pool bar is exactly what it shows on the pictures. We spent two weeks in a studio and had the most amazing vacation. Short walk to a great beach. Joanna was a lovely host - made us feel at home - bought our ferry tickets for us to go to Kefalonia so we did not have to go into town - also accepted my request for a bed without a footboard for my tall boyfriend. The family-owned apartment/hotel's location was optimal for relaxation, not far away from the seaside, but far enough from the party-centre (not noisy) as well as close to roads for daytrips. The staff was hospitable, friendly and always helpful. I would definitely recommend it for a holiday-stay.
