Even like the food, as we were staying halfboard (which for us is very unusual, as we usually like to dine in different places each and every evening).   Utterly professional staff, especially, the manager Marius - very open, friendly and caring. Very good fascillities - you will find there anything to feel comfortable and enjoy your time. Clean. I'll be back... for sure!!!!... and one more thing - very comfortable beds, which seldom happens :) - The staff are really friendly and help you however they can especially the hotel manager Marius. The pool and rooms are both clean and everything you should want when visiting a hotel for this price. The rooms are a good size and are comfy and clean. With all necessities. All in all it is the best hotel I have stayed in, in laganas and is very close to the strip a 3 minute walk at most.

  The staff at reception were fantastic. We had some problems with our flights to the island and the reception staff were outstanding in helping us to resolve them. We felt like they really cared and wanted to do anything to ensure our stay in Zakinthos was relaxing and fun.
