  The location on the banks of the Rhine, the views across the river, the nightlife in Rudesheim am Rhein, the friendly staff, the clean rooms and the excellent breakfast. - We had a meal in the restaurant on the evening we arrived and the food was excellent. We were also given free parking for the 2 days.

  Sehr angenehme und diskrete Bewirtung, bei der Ankunft, bei der Beratung von Sehenswürdigkeiten, das gute Frühstück, mit Entgegenkommen auf den Zeitpunkt "nach 10.00 Uhr" sowie die freundliche Präsenz bei der Rückkehr am Abend, Hinweise zu Aktuellem in Rüdesheim (Vorbeifahrt Space Shuttle), gepflegte und frisch bepflanzte Dachterrasse (Rosen) - Seh... was die leute sagen » r freundliches Personal. Wir wurden sogar zum Zimmer geführt.Bei Buchung per PC wurde uns wirklich ein Zimmer mit Rheinblick gegeben. Ganz toll.

  The 6th generation, family owned hotel and restaurant, with a nice warm German country-side flair, in the heart of the scenic wine growing Rheinland, was just what we had hoped for. The owners, who we now call friends, were there for our every need and even gave us a private tour and tasting in their historic wine cellar. Gasthof Krancher is not... was die leute sagen » a 5 star hotel and we were not expecting it to be, but it is perfect for people who don`t want to spend a small fortune and still be comfortable and - Although the hotel was slightly out of town we had read the trains could be a problem if staying in the centre. Having seen how frequently the trains ran at night we were pleased we opted for this hotel. Location was quiet and not too far to walk although all up hill on the way back. Staff friendly and helpful on advising us where to go. Breakfast included - overall good value and a comfortable stay.
