  One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Very pleasant staff and rooms are fantastic! Location right next to Hagenbeck Tierpark makes it a great choice for Families and the Bus and Trains are leaving 500 m away to get into town in 15 minutes!!! Great Bar and Bar-staff super friendly! Thanks for another great stay!!! - This is a very nice hotel.The... was die leute sagen » rooms and the staff are excellent and I stay there every time I have business in Hamburg, I even delayed my visit by a week as they were full the week I needed and I would not think of staying in another hotel.
