  We stayed in an apartment - small kitchen, large bed sitting room, large shower room/toilet. The location is superb, 5 minutes from Ebeswalder and Prenzlauerallee statons, 4 minutes from the M1 and M10 trams. Loads of excellent bars, cafes and supermarkets within a few minutes walk. When we wanted to extend our stay and the room wasn't available they tried their best to find a room for us. We were 3 people and we got one 2-persons bed and 3 sofas (the kind that opens for a bed)

  I loved the interior of the rooms, but was especially fond of the decorating at the lounge areas and the cafe. The vibe was young and trendy and the atmosphere downstairs made you feel instantly welcome. It was very easy to meet nice people and hang out because of several natural hang-out-places.   Pfefferbett is a really cool hostel that's been recently renovated. It's modern and clean and has a range of excellent facilities. Fairly big secure locker included in the price, each bed has a light and electricity socket, my room had a private bathroom too even if not specified in the booking, not sure if all rooms have it.

  The location is very handy. We've been to Berlin a number of times and with the standard of public transport, most central locations will be ideal for discovering the city - the same applies to the Generator. The beds were warm and cozy, though we benefited from having spare beds in our room meaning extra pillows for us. The shower is excellent, - I stayed at the dorm room this time, and it was one of the cleanest dorm with most comfy bunk bed I've ever experienced. The 6 bed female dorm was cute and funtional; each bed has its own power socket, head lamp, huge drawer. The power shower was great too. The wifi was free with great signal up to my room. I'm not a dorm-room fan, but I definately recommend this dorm for anyone who does. The location is very close to most of attraction and metro. Supermarket, McD, KFC were a little bit far
