  The hostel is situated very well to tour Berlin. Trains and Underground are close by. Great staff that was very helpful and friendly at all times. The rooms were tidy, so were the bathrooms. The breakfast was of good quality and the price of 5 Euro more than adequate. Parking was available to us even without a reservation.   Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad - muss man bei der Buchung drauf achten. Es war zweckmäßig, aber ausreichend eingerichtet und vor allem sauber. Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich. Highly recommended. - I had the chance of meeting and talking with staff of the hostel. They were very friendly and helpful. The room was very big. There were three bunk beds in a room for four. The toilet and showing facilities were also excellent for a hostel. I was sick and it was comfortable staying in bed for a day to rest. I'd recommend this place to friends.

After a couple of hours of putting up with this I went downstairs to ask the guy at reception if he could do anything about it. He very kindly transferred me to another room. I was so grateful to him, I don't know his name but he ensured the rest of my stay was a pleasant one. Thanks!!!
