  The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Informed me about a band that were playing that evening. The spa area is amazing. Lot's of saunas to choose from and a huge variety of relaxation rooms. I could have stayed there for hours! There is also a good sized swimming pool which was great for an early morning swim.   Quick and easy check in and check out. I twice had the same guy (spanish name, Louis-Oscar or something) and he responded very attentive and professional. I was very pleased about him and his fine service. The hotel in general and the room were impeccably clean. Real congratulations to the maintenance staff ! How very thoughtful was that?? The staff was very polite and always willing to help!

  Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Bilder der Anzeige stimmten wirklich mit der Realität überein, sodass man keine böse Überraschung erleben musste. Trotz der Auffahrt zur Autobahn die sich nur wenige Meter vom Hotel befand war das Zimmer sehr ruhig.
