  The staff was very friendly but some appeared a bit reserved. The location is great, it took about 20min to walk to the central station/city (the neighborhood is also very good). If you prefer the metro the nearest station is just down the street. The parking area is great; they charge 15euro/day. (Still it's an open area so you can drive in/out - We loved its proximity to the main train station (it can be reached in around 10 min walk). However, the area in which it is located is under construction so reaching the hotel carrying luggage was quite a pain (took us 25 min). In our room we found some brochures at the back of which there were some discount coupons for Madame Tussauds and Sealife. We were happy to use them and get 2 tickets for the price of 1. The flat had good amenities - fast internet service, clean bathroom, good heating and hot water.   Hi, I stayed at your hotel as I was running in the Berlin half marathon. On a practical level everything in the hotel worked well and was spotlessly clean. The staff were as friendly as could be and made us feel totally at home. Small requests were greeted with a smile and nothing was too much trouble.   Ich war überrascht, wie gut die Atmosphäre in dem Hotel ist. Mein Zimmer war im obersten Stockwerk, nicht groß, aber schön und mit Parkett und sehr ruhig, Fenster zum Innenhof. Das Haus hat eine große, ansprechende Hotelbar und die Philosophie ist auf Nachhaltigkeit ausgerichtet. Es befindet sich ein sehr exklusiver Wellness-Club im Hause, den man... was die leute sagen » gegen EUR 15,- benutzen kann (hatte keine Zeit, ihn auszuprobieren, ist aber gut zu wissen für den nächsten Aufenthalt). Das Haus liegt sehr zentral, - Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen und doch mitten drin wenn sie einen Musical oder Theater Besuch am Potsdamerplatz Vorhaben können wir ihnen das Hotel bestens empfehlen da es nur wenige Minuten entfernt liegt. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend in Größe und Komfort das Check Inn und Checkout geht schnell. Freundlicher Empfang Mit 79 Euro pro Zimmer ohne Frühstück war die Preis Leistung für uns passend (ohne Frühstück ..) wir werden bestimmt bei unserem nächsten Musical Besuch dieses Hotel wieder Bu
