  The staff was very friendly but some appeared a bit reserved. The location is great, it took about 20min to walk to the central station/city (the neighborhood is also very good). If you prefer the metro the nearest station is just down the street. The parking area is great; they charge 15euro/day. (Still it's an open area so you can drive in/out - We loved its proximity to the main train station (it can be reached in around 10 min walk).   Auf Grund des Spezial-Preises hatten wir zunächst ein recht kleines Zimmer. Da allerdings eine lautstarke Feierlichkeit das Schlafen in diesem Bereich des Hotels unmöglich machte, wurde uns ohne viel Aufhebens und zu einem Aufpreis von 20 Euro der Umzug in eine ruhige Suite ermöglicht. Diese war nicht nur leise sondern auch sehr großzügig ausgelegt... was die leute sagen » . Kurz und gut - toller Service! - Das Hotel liegt zentral mit sehr guter U-Bahn Anbindung. Es ist innen neu, sauber und sehr edel und ansprechend eingerichtet. Sehr schöne Zimmer, guter Service, nette Mitarbeiter, super Frühstücksbuffet. Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, wenn man einen Spezialpreis bucht. Wir waren begeistert, da wir in Berlin für dasselbe Geld bisher nie so schön gewohnt haben.

  We loved the location but it might not be for everyone, it was not even a 5 minute walk to Alexander platz which was great as where we stayed was quite quiet. The staff were excellent and the hotel was lovely and always immaculate!
