Perfect location. In the center of vital area -- high-end shopping, restaurants, coffee, cookie, candy and gelato shops, brasseries. Convenient Bakery -- directly across the street for early morning pastries, coffee, juice as there is no restaurant in hotel, but not necessary. 50 meters from Notre Dame Cathedral. Bells tolling in the a.m. were wonderful. Just down the street from the Batoboat on the Ill River. excellent location right in the centre of Strasbourg. rooms are small but perfectly formed! clean and new modern décor. arrived by car and had several car parks not too expensive close by. enjoyed the extensive Christmas markets.
The location of the hotel is just excellent, couple of steps away from the Strasbourg Cathedral. It is also close to the main transport hub (Homme de Fer). The room was very clean and nice, with convenient bathroom.
Everything was fresh, new, neat as a pin and clean. The staff was helpful but our French and their English was a little bit of a struggle. Still we made it work.

Nothing, the location is downtown but it's very noisy during midnight and cannot sleep. You cannot close the only window since there is no air conditioner and you will be hot to death.
The few drawbacks were that there is no elevator (lift) in the hotel, making climbing to the fourth floor with luggage a bit of a challenge. Sink area is very tiny with no counter space. Toiletries were not replenished our second day (but I am sure would have been had we asked). Room was on street side and we did hear outside noise on occasion, but nothing that significantly disturbed our sleep.

No fan or airconditioning, so room was hot and sleep a bit difficult - no air flow. We were there on a particularly hot day, though (mid 30s).

No reception after 6 pm. My friend arrived earlier otherwise I cannot check it. On Sunday no reception at all, no luggage lockers. The room is extremely small, you cannot even move. And the roof is very close to your face during sleeping.
