Chateau Saulon is a magnificent old building which has a stunning contemporary extension to the front and is set in beautiful grounds. The staff are efficient and friendly.   Restaurant was very good, and the Staff was helpfull. Er used the hotel as a pit stop ón lur way to southend France. World definitely recommend the hotel to others - Lovely hotel 5 minutes from the motorway. We booked this hotel as it was a half way point from North Spain. Would definitely stop here again. - Stopped off here on our way to & back from the south of France. Staff were very friendly, welcoming & helpful. The rooms were clean & comfortable. The restaurant was a little pricey but well worth it, the food was excellent as was the wine & the service. Will definitely stay here again.
