Please note that after booking, guests will receive a rental contract to be signed and returned to the agency together with a copy of their identity card. If you plan on arriving outside reception opening hours, please notify the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. If you plan on arriving after 20:00, please note that a EUR 45 extra fee will apply. If you plan on arriving after 23:00, please note that a EUR 60 extra fee will apply. Credit card details will be requested upon arrival for the security deposit. Cash is not an accepted method of payment for the deposit. A security deposit of EUR 3000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
