  Great location for ski lift and access to La Plange ski area. Staff could not have been more helpful. Enjoyed the living room bar area and the restaurant was good for evening meals.   Right opposite stn, you could hardly miss your train! Convenient bar/cafe even if scruffy/dodgy - ok for male travellers or non fussy females as a small group. Room had everything necessary - VERY close to Chambery train / bus station. Rooms have been refurbished somewhat in recent years.

  We really enjoyed the location of this hotel, it was very close to the slopes, shops, restaurants and lifts. When we had a mix up with our booking the hotel staff was helpful and easy to deal with. Also we found the rooms comfortable and nicely appointed. The beds were very comfortable and for me having a tea making facilities in the bedroom was unexpected for France and much appreciated.
