  We enjoyed our stay thoroughly - in a suite on the top floor with a beautiful terrace with a view of the Palace of the Popes, where we had our welcome champagne in the afternoon sun and watched the night lights over the palace after dinner. He made us feel very special given it was a birthday trip. Extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is beautiful and well located, walking distance to the shops and Pope's palace. The rooms are huge by European standards and well appointed. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff were gracious and helped with everything we needed, including securing a rental car (which was delivered to the hotel for us) for day trips to Monte Carlo and St. Tropez.   Our family had a wonderful time. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The spa was very nice. Breakfast was delicious and offered a huge variety for our teenagers with varying tastes. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even gave us 4 large bottles of water as we were leaving when they heard us talking about needing to find a store to buy ... was die leute sagen » some for the car. Another staff member went out of his way to find a restaurant with specific cuisine for us and printed out a map. - Room interior was superb with great selection of bath amenities. Gym was well equipped and pool facilities were extensive including steam room and sauna. Location was good - nice and quiet being in a less busy street but still close to everything.

The staff is exceptional and very willing to help in any way. We used Avignon as our base to travel all around Provence and felt we were returning to a quiet home estate at the end of each day. Beautiful surroundings and the melodic ringing of bells is simply perfection.

  The staff really made us feel like home. As soon as we checked in you could tell the difference between Dune and other hotels we stayed in. The owner upgraded us for free to a bigger room. The facilities are absolutely beautiful and it is in a great location in proximity to St. Tropez. We also had a massage there and it was excellent. - Great location, very close to the main villa in St Tropez. The accommodation and hotel staff are superb, very helpful and kind. I felt at a luxury villa with a full dedicated staff. The room was perfect, clean and very cosy. I had a Michelin guide with me, but didn't use it at all, thanks to the great tips provided by Mr. Hervè, the General Manager.
