  The hotel and grounds were beautiful. We felt like we stepped back in time. The staff were gracious and helped with everything we needed, including securing a rental car (which was delivered to the hotel for us) for day trips to Monte Carlo and St. Tropez.   Our family had a wonderful time. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The spa was very nice. Breakfast was delicious and offered a huge variety for our teenagers with varying tastes. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even gave us 4 large bottles of water as we were leaving when they heard us talking about needing to find a store to buy ... was die leute sagen » some for the car. Another staff member went out of his way to find a restaurant with specific cuisine for us and printed out a map. - Room interior was superb with great selection of bath amenities. Gym was well equipped and pool facilities were extensive including steam room and sauna. Location was good - nice and quiet being in a less busy street but still close to everything.

  I was so incredibly impressed with my stay. I got a good rate on letsbookhotel.com and then was thrilled with the experience. I was just in Arles for one night with my wife. The hotel is fancy and beautiful and clean and nice to walk around. The staff all speak English fluently and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.
