  It was such a surprise to see the level of detail and care that these owners have put into this hotel. The rooms are fantastic, sitting area's outside area, wonderful views everything has been so well though out. Being a regular hotel user this hotel merits a minimum 4 star, we were also amazed that they have self catering cottages.   Everything! Phillipe was a super host, the hotel design was very well thought out for an old building, rooms, restaurant, garden and pool area were immaculate and extremely comfortable. The locatio being only 2 minutes from the motorway to Limoges made it extremely convenient. The room was spotlessly clean,also the bathroom, good quality towels and a well designed shower recess.   You could tell the owner would gladly stay in any of the rooms. Elevator control made complete privacy possible. We had no way of know the Castle was full until we saw the cars in the parking lot.
