  The hotel was of a very good standard and couldn't fault it. 5 minutes walk into Sarlat. Plenty off road parking. Everything I requested about the bedroom, I automatically got. Didn't have breakfast their but the Dining Room looked very nice. I do think 12 Euros is quite alot for breakfast but is the same price in all the hotels we stayed at. ... was die leute sagen » - We had an early train and the location next to the station was perfect. But it was still quiet. The hotel was quite nice and extremely comfortable. It was an excellent, convenient choice for us.

  The staff that arranged the apartment was excellent. The whole process from checking in/out and arranging a taxi for us was awesome. Everyone there was friendly, organized and prepared.   Well Pascal made it for us. He was such a nice guy and great company, not that he intruded at all. We learned more about French culture and social life from Pascal than any guide book. Laurence, his wife, is just lovely too but we saw more of Pascal so that is why we are raving about him. Their place is supurb. Bergerac is a great place and a great base - We stayed for one night here on our way home from a holiday at this charming b&b and wish it was for longer. The whole house was full of character, peaceful and very conveniently located for the city centre.
