The location of the hotel is absolutely great : looking over the sea, sea across the road in 10 meters, beachers to the right ( 50m), castle and Picasso Museum - to the left - 200-300 m along the promenade with GREAT views. Being November and all, was still a nice setting and location. Just a shirt stroll to Antibes, market, and bars and restaurants. Staff really friendly and helpful with helping with my baggage and parking the car. My room didn't face the sea and was rather dark, but was very cleans and and oversized, like a small apartment. Fridge was stocked with drinks at very over inflated prices but hey that's France.

Lovely appartment with very well equipped kitchen. felt instantly at home. good location. even the church which was opposite didnt pose a problem with bells ringing. whilst it is quite expensive overall I think its worth the money.
The residence is opposite the hotel, so the hotel staff bring bags park car etc, all were very nice and efficient. Would recommend La residence to anyone

The 2 bed room apartment was even too much for just a stop-over. Kitchen and living room are on the basement. Bedrooms with separate bathroom are on the 1st floor.
We agreed the place perfect for a couple of weeks family vacation.
The apartment is located in a very calm and small village.
It definitely is a value for money place.

Die Gastfreundlichkeit war absolut super, man hat uns auch sehr gute Parkierungsmöglichkeiten angeboten für unsere Motorräder ( Harley Davidson).und das Essen war auch sehr gut. Ich kann dieses Hotel jedem Motorradfahrer der nach Cannes kommt nur empfehlen. Ich möchte mich auf diesem Weg noch einmal für alles bedanken und wir kommen bestimmt wieder

We liked the well equipped kitchen. There were cleaning materials
including dishwasher tablets. The parking was very secure with lift
access to the hotel. The only thing was that the decor, although
modern, was a bit dark and the furnishings did not make the room
inviting. There is a large shopping complex containing a Carrefours
supermarket, directly opposite. It is only a 300 metre walk to the tram
stop which is handy.

Amasing view to the sea & coast, beautiful nature around: mountains with wonderful plant life, unforgettable "promenad" along the sea. The location is stunning with brilliant views. Rooms are extremely comfortable. Hosts Michael and Jean are outstanding, funny, welcoming and incredibly helpful. Can't recommend Mas des Oliviers highly enough.
