  The hosts were fantastic and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The place is ideal to get away from the noise and bussle after a day in the city or on the beach. Our room (Azur) was large and comfortable and always clean, with all the necessities and a fantastic balcony view. We've travelled extensively around the world and quite simply this is one of the most scenic, quietest and friendliest places we have ever stayed in. Breakfast - We came to Nice for honeymoon and originally I booked a hotel by the beach, till I saw Villa Vermorel's breathtaking scenary from our bedroom. Thegreat service of the host and her cute granddaughter made our stay really memorable. We also had a good chat with the guests of the other room and it felt like a family. Nice port and old town is just 25 minutes away on foot, so we were happy to be able to exercise a bit off the great food here. All in all I would highly recommend this place to anyone
