  The location was right beside the Nice Ville Train Station. Can easily walk to anywhere in Nice or take a train to Monaco or Cannes! Pierre is very friendly, just remember to brush up on your French.   Josephine ist eine sehr freundliche und ausgezeichnet informierte Gastgeberin. Unser Zimmer war groß, hatte ein wunderschönes Fenster, war sonnig und tiptop sauber. Allenfalls ist es nachts etwas rumorig wegen der gegenüberliegenden Kneipe, aber mit Ohrstöpseln und bei geschlossenem Fenster (Klimaanlage) geht es. Wir haben uns das Bad mit der Ga... was die leute sagen » stgeberin und drei weiteren Gästen geteilt - alles kein Problem. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man B&B einem 0815-Hotel vo - Chez Josephine was exactly what I needed after living out of hotels for 5 weeks. It is a lovely and warm place to come "home" to after a long day of walking. The owner "Jo" was warm and friendly and always available to assist with ideas for local sights or train/bus schedules. There is a shared bathroom but this was never an issue and I found I did not mind it at all. Each morning there was warm freshly baked crossaints (not cold store bought ones)! Loved waking up to the smell of that. Also e - The location was perfect and the room was so big and clean - great value. Josephine had good recommendations for dining. She's very welcoming, but pretty stern about turning the AC off and wiping the water off the shower when you're done to prevent mold, which I had no problem with, but was just surprised. I would definitely recommend staying here. The shared bathroom is not ideal, but it's worth it for the location and size/cleanliness of the room. I loved my stay in Nice.

  The hosts were fantastic and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The place is ideal to get away from the noise and bussle after a day in the city or on the beach. Our room (Azur) was large and comfortable and always clean, with all the necessities and a fantastic balcony view. Thank you Jean René and Michael! - The location is stunning with brilliant views. Rooms are extremely comfortable. Hosts Michael and Jean are outstanding, funny, welcoming and incredibly helpful. We all said if we return to Nice we would certainly stay at Home Sweet Home without hesitation. - Geneviève(the owner) is kind and helpful, she recommended me several places to visit, and even helped me for the information of car renting. The house is neat and spacious, also clean and well organized. I really enjoyed the staying there!

They also were generous providing guidance on interesting activities, sites and restaurants. Breakfast - We came to Nice for honeymoon and originally I booked a hotel by the beach, till I saw Villa Vermorel's breathtaking scenary from our bedroom. Thegreat service of the host and her cute granddaughter made our stay really memorable. We also had a good chat with the guests of the other room and it felt like a family. Nice port and old town is just 25 minutes away on foot, so we were happy to be able to exercise a bit off the great food here. All in all I would highly recommend this place to anyone

  Room with a Vue was a fantastic place to stay. Rooms were great and the unique bathrooms make it an interesting stay. The staff were most friendly we found during our month in Europe. Fred was the perfect host and made our stay really enjoyable. The rest of the staff were so helpful and polite it was amazing. Beach is approximately 100 metres from Room with a Vue. With market - Room with a Vue was a great place to stay. We had a lovely room with a comfortable bed, modern bathroom, and a beautiful chandelier. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Fred went out of his way to make our stay really enjoyable! Breakfast was included and very delicious. Location was perfect- situated in the old town with great restaurants at our doorstep and the beach a street away. If returning to Nice I would definitely stay here again!!

  At Villa Saphir you are being treated as at a five-star hotel. Madame Annie is attentive and helpful and there is nothing that she won´t do for you. At breakfast you are placed privately in a beautiful garden, even though there are more guests than you. Breakfast is sumptuous, abundant and delicious. Villa Saphir is close to restaurants, the tramway and trains, only a few tramway stations from - Annie was the most helpful and friendly host, very down to earth. I needed help to get a bus ticket which she helped me with. She also took me to catch the bus the following morning at 6:30 am, for which I am extremely grateful. The room was large, with wifi, bathroom, comfortable bed, and a nice view from the window. Annie gave me information on how to catch the buses to and from the ancient area.
