  Really nicley presented air conditioned hotel that's excellent value for money and in the perfect location for a visit to Nice. The breakfast is good and, yes, the lift is tiny but you can fit two people in or one person with luggage s - Location was very good for us for the little amount of shopping we needed to do in Nice. The Intermarche across the road for snacks and drinks could not be better (shame they don't have chilled beer). The closeness to the beach was also an asset after our exercise/swim in the morning. Staff were exceedingly friendly, and parking very safe. A/c worked very well in room 36, and nice view of beach if only a glimpse. Bed was very comfy.
