  Location of this hotel is perfect. It is over the Rue Massena, the loveliest pedestrian street, many bistros and bars,restaurants. Anja was helpful and spoke english very well. Our superior studio located in a different building , with a big bathroom, balcony onto street the room was perfectly equipped. Highly recommended and I will be going - I loved it! Perfect location, the kitchen is very well equipped, the room is quite small but had everything I needed. Even if it is located on a very busy pedestrian street, once I closed the windows, the noise didn't disturb me one bit. I am a light sleeper and I was quite worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!

Walls were a bit thin and u can hear people walking in the corridor, but that's not a deal breaker.

  I chose this hotel mainly because it was close to the airport (about 10 mins taxi ride away- expect to pay 16-18 euros each way). We arrived at about 2pm, and only noticed upon arrival it had a 5pm check-in. Clean hotel, Owner was perfect. You are about 3 KMS from the old city boardwalk. As long as you know this going in, you are fine. Perfect value for what you pay for. Room is small, but again, it is budget. Great courtyard to wait for people while they get ready. Remember, you are in Nice to be in Nice and not in your hotel room. Room is place just to rest head.
