  The owner/staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal or walikng into town center. The Voillle Sailing Regatta was in full swing...very exciting! My wife and I loved the owners resident dog and 21 year old cat! Breakfasts were delicious...the pool inviting! The outside bar fun!! I chose the hotel due to value for money and it's great location near the beach, shops and restaurants. Emilie was a great tour-guide and made the city come alive with her descriptions and stories. The paroramic view from my room (504) onto the Baie des Anges, the city below and snow-capped mountains around was simply spectacular. Room (No 26) was spacious, really comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen area, and large bathroom with loads of towels. Great shower with plenty of hot water any time of day. One essential way to improve the overall package would be to supply customers with detailed directions from the airport, as the one way system was testing to say the least.
