    Emanuelle and his wife were lovely, friendly, attentive people, they went out of their way to make us feel at home, booking us into a local restaurant that was excellent. The hotel was in a beautiful romantic setting. Breakfast was simple fare, fresh and delicious. It was a lovely 2 day experience and if we are in that part of the world again will definitely - Loved everything. Great location for seeing the Loire chateaux. A little hard to find and the front of the building looks a little run down ( like all old buildings) once you enter the gates it is superb . We stayed in the Parc Suite, beautiful. Host was charming, helpful and informative. Most enjoyed accomadation in France, wish we stayed for a week. Gardens were a lovely surprise .

    Amazing place to stay. Located on the river bank. Greeted on arrival by the owner which the chateau has been in his family for a very long time if not original owners. The chateau is very big with many living rooms filled with antiques family photo's and the Dining room were breakfast is served the wall are painted with original murals from hundre... was die leute sagen » ds of years ago. Our room was very comfortable just beautiful. The garden surrounding the chateau are very picturesque. The staff are very lovely and - The location is ideal for visiting the Chateau at Chambord. This is a really unique experience and an opportunity to stay in a Chateau. The rooms are of an older period but quite charming. The hosts Patrick and his wife Ileana were both friendly and helpful with local information. The breakfast in a period dining room with painted panels was special.
