Warm welcome from Marie - France and excellent breakfast.
Ideal location near to N10 but far enough away to have a tranquil setting next to the river Charentes.
Beautiful chambre d'hote with charming hostess. Just off the N10 on direct route through France to Spain, but worth staying for longer to appreciate the area.

Lovely room, very warm and cosy in midwinter. Great breakfast which was unusually (for Franve) included in the price. Quiet situation.
Have stayed here before and found it a very enjoyable visit, so I knew what to expect.
Excellent, we only stayed a night on our journey through France, but it was perfect.
The room had its own superbly equipped private bathroom and separate toilet but outside the bedroom and with access via shared landing.
Shower bracket broken, unable to put shower head on wall.

Wifi in the room was a problem but there was an alternative provided.
A little difficult to find in the dark.
