The couple were very friendly, and even though breakfast wasn't until 8am they made a tray up for us so as we could leave early. Lovely and clean with a very vibrant colour scheme, which i liked.
very good value for money. Very animal friendly.

Our host was lovely and put herself out to make us welcome. A lovely park behind the property to explore. Comfy room, large breakfast. Perfect for an over night stay when travelling.
Wonderful breakfast. Nice location backing on to a large park and easy to get to from the north side of Limoges. Individual private terrace outside each room.
Everything is more than exceptional: the rooms with own terras where you can sit outside, decoration in the room, a big breakfast... A memoriable experience.
Smashing people and room. Satnav very useful - the house is at the end
of a cul de sac on the left - look for number 7. Oh aye - it's cash
only payment.
Very clean facilities. Vivienne was very helpful.
Quiet location. Space for car parking.

For me not a problem, because I speak French well, but the owner doesn't speek English; only a little bit German but as guest you are adviced: you really need to understand (and talk) French and also have a car to reach this place, but both was not a problem for me.
We did not speak French and Vivienne did not speak English which made for some challenges that we worked through together.
you will need a sat nav as at end of housing estate.
Kettle in room didn't work.
Patron smelt sweaty.
Quite a way out of town for food.
