  I had heard lots of good things about Oustau and it did not disappoint. The grounds are stunning. We stayed at the Manoir in a room with a terrace. It basically had it's own private patio. The room itself was quite large and had a more rustic charm, the bathroom was fantastic and updated with all the amenities.   It is very clean and quiet, away from the throng of tourists in Provence and the perfect base for all the places we wanted to see. The restaurant at the hotel is superb! Prices are manageable and food is fantastic! - The staff were very pleasant, and the food was good. We felt our stay was comfortable, and good value for money.
