Was die Leute sagen
Our hosts were very kind, and breakfast was a good bargain with an endless supply of juice, coffee and croissants. The rooms were recently renovated, and very clean. The location is a short hop from the train station in Le Havre so good for an overnight, and it is right on the tram line. Very easy to get downtown where there are ample restaurants. It was overall a very pleasant stay. The family who ran the hotel was extremely kind and helpful. alle bewertungen »
The proprietor and his family were extremely nice. I spoke in French, so
I don't know how their English was. Our room was small but
comfortable, with a nice, clean bathroom. Easy to walk most places
within Le Havre.
The hotel is excellent value - the rooms were very nice, modern and comfortable. It was easy to find and right in the centre on a quiet street. The owners were incredibly nice and helpful and they made our stay.
Funny shower with uncomfortable floor. Good, free parking on Sunday. Le Havre looks a bit like Eastern European cities, broad lanes, very structured, better than we expected. Good starting point to visit Etretat, Honfleurs, Deauville, etc.
They are doing a renovation, and the central areas are not yet fixed up, but mostly it was a very pleasant, affordable stay in a clean hotel.
Worst hotel we have booked in France, horrible smell in the bathroom and strange smell in the corridor, noices from everwhere, you could literally hear every word of the neighbours. Very small room, humid, no chairs. Even 49 Euro was a bit too much.
