Only 4.5 ks from the Eiffel Tower & the same from the louvre. Probably one of the cheapest hotels in Paris.

At the buffet breakfast, Lore managed the breakfast room with efficiency and good humor. We also enjoyed the non-touristy neighborhood, which has lots of little shops and cafes and is conveniently located near transportation.

The people at the front desk were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We were on the fifth floor with view of the top 1/3 of the Eiffel Tower and thought that was delightful.   The location of the hotel was superb and very easy for those travelling by train from Charles De Gaulle airport as we got to St. Michel and just across the road was Rue De La Huchence and our hotel. Contrary to expectations it was very quiet at night and the restaurant was an added bonus in the evening. The bathrooms had the most upgrading, but our shower in the twin room was missing a hook for the shower head so we had to tie the shower head to the pipe in order to have a hands-free shower.
