  I really appreciated the location, which felt safe and is close to several metro stations, bus stops and an airport bus. There are also quite a few restaurants and snack bars nearby. The reception is open 24 hours, and the staff were pleasant and friendly. The room was quiet at night, clean and airy, and was great value for money.   I expected less based on reviews (with all due respect to previous reviewers), but surprisingly staff was very service, polite and helpful, also room & bathroom were restored, neat and very clean.   The location of this hotel is perfect- next door to Gare Saint Lazare, which is a central metro/RER station. The location makes it very easy to get around Paris, especially when travelling with a child. We paid for breakfast and this was a smart idea - the breakfast was - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean.   This property turned out to be the perfect hotel for our Paris trip. We needed to be close to Gare Saint Lazare train station and it was directly across the street. Was also a major hub for the metro. (We never got around to eating their "petit dejeuner", but it was available for an extra fee.)
