  The best hotel we've stayed in in Paris. We travel there regularly for business and this hotel was a real find. Immaculate and really modern. Smaller than hotel rooms in the UK but definitely one of the bigger rooms in Paris that I've stayed in. We were also very happy with the service in the hotel, all spoke English and one lady spent a good 15 - Location was very good and close to metro. A few metro stations away from all attractions. Nice staff. Clean room, comfortable, everything functional in bathroom and room. Comfy bed. Good restaurant options close by (bistros and brasserie). Totally recommend Brasserie Renaissance.

Main thing is it's location. 1 minute from Saint-Martin channel, big shops, stors like Monoprix, and Subway. 20-25 minutes from the centre of the city. We mostly walked everywhere, even to Eifel's tower - 6.5 km. Prices are good, rooms are clean, new towels every day, what you get for price is perfect. Very good staff, friendly and helpful.   Rooms were exceptionally clean, fresh and newly decorated. We faced onto the courtyard so it was extremely quiet & peaceful during the night which ensured a decent sleep. Location was great, easy to find and close to the Republique metro. We felt very safe walking around late at night. Would highly recommend walking to the next block to the boulangerie where they sold the most divine croissants & patisseries. Much better - Our room was just lovely. Cosy, extremely clean and very comfortable. It was also lovely coming back to the room in the evening and finding it made up again - looking like new every time. The staff were incredibly helpful (I was even allowed to sit behind the reception counter so I could print off my tickets to Disneyland!). Also, Paris Metro makes it so easy to get back to the hotel. Without a doubt I would stay there again.
