  The staffs were very helpful. We booked the room months before and whatever questions we had about the area (from where to park etc) they responded very quickly. It's a charming little hotel with chic restos and cafes nearby. The room is small but clean, and they welcomed us with a tin of freshly baked cookies on the bed. Very cute!   The room's décor was most attractive. The bathroom was spotless, modern and most comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful throughout our four night stay with nothing being a bother. They helped us get around the city easily, gave good suggestions for meals and were always gracious and patient! We hope to go back someday!

We had a deluxe City view room and the view over the Jardin and the Effiel Tower were amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the room size generous. We were on the 3rd floor and we could barely hear the traffic on the busy street below.

The bar was divinely intimate and lit for lovers like us in mind, the reception area was so beautiful and our superior room was well appointed too with grand windows covered in miles of sumptuous fabric. We loved the decor of the Regina and even though there was renovations happening, we were not at all inconvenienced by them. Our stay - The hotel's location is excellent - major attractions within walking distance. Our rooms ( looking over Place des Pyramides/Rue de Rivoli ) were spacious and spotless offering fine expansive views taking in the Eiffel Tower and Louvre, two Paris icons - what's not to love?! Regina's staff were very friendly and accommodating helping to make the stay there was most enjoyable. Am not able to comment on food at the hotel as we ate out at all times.
