It can be hit and miss in a big city but this was just perfect for returning back to after a long day of business.   All the staff were extremely helpful. The proximity to transit, and shops was very convenient. It is in safe location. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends. - Excellent position. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.
