  Excellent location and friendly staff. Very happy with my stay. Perfect if you´re looking for a combination of dining out, city walks, comfort and a bit of seaside. Promenade des Anglais only 5 minutes walk away and the place itself is in the middle of the famous shopping and restaurant district. Everything was charming. Owner and staff are very nice. The room is really small but the space is perfectly organized, equiped and designed with a lot of taste. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen has everything you may need. Wifi is fine. Location is perfect. I wish every place I will stay in the future will have such a level of comfort!

  Location of this hotel is perfect. It is over the Rue Massena, the loveliest pedestrian street, many bistros and bars,restaurants. Anja was helpful and spoke english very well. Our superior studio located in a different building , with a big bathroom, balcony onto street the room was perfectly equipped. Highly recommended and I will be going - I loved it! Perfect location, the kitchen is very well equipped, the room is quite small but had everything I needed. Even if it is located on a very busy pedestrian street, once I closed the windows, the noise didn't disturb me one bit. I am a light sleeper and I was quite worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!

Strand, Altstadt, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Geschäfte waren fußläufig schnell - Room is wide with large window. Bathroom made of marble, clean wide with excellent shower. Saloon is newly made with cute design, you can enjoy your morning coffee in its beautiful balcony. It is close to all what you need of shopping centers, center of the old city, local restaurants and of course the beach. Nicole and Olivier are generous, helpful, friendly and offered amazing hospitality. I'd stay there whenever I visit Nice. - It is not a hotel . It is like home. Beautiful decoration,snacks,drinks, everything is so cozy and the whole family are so sweet and helpful. it's really a good memory for us.

  Friendly welcome when we arrived and very helpful with anything we needed throughout our stay. Room (No 26) was spacious, really comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen area, and large bathroom with loads of towels. Great shower with plenty of hot water any time of day. The staff were very friendly and helpful . The kitchen was well equipped which was great because we like to do a lot of our own cooking . It was very quiet . Just a short stroll to the shops. Would definetly recomend staying here.
