Anyway, we were only there for sleeping, so for us it was no problem - The hotel is right across the street from the train station. There is a major shopping mall also across the street as well as abundant shopping throughout the city center all within easy walking distance. The staff were helpful and responded quickly when I dropped my ring down the sink drain - it was retrieved immediately and without a hassle. The room was clean and efficient.

The B&B Lille Centre Grand Palais is an exceptionally clean and well appointed budget hotel. Room was well soundproofed .
