  Room with a Vue was a fantastic place to stay. Rooms were great and the unique bathrooms make it an interesting stay. The staff were most friendly we found during our month in Europe. Fred was the perfect host and made our stay really enjoyable. The rest of the staff were so helpful and polite it was amazing. Room with a Vue is located in the "Ol... was die leute sagen » d town" which is close to many restaurants and bars/cafes. Breakfast was included. Beach is approximately 100 metres from Room with a Vue. With market - Room with a Vue was a great place to stay. We had a lovely room with a comfortable bed, modern bathroom, and a beautiful chandelier. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Fred went out of his way to make our stay really enjoyable! Breakfast was included and very delicious. Location was perfect- situated in the old town with great restaurants at our doorstep and the beach a street away. If returning to Nice I would definitely stay here again!!

  Everything about my stay here was amazing. The location is perfect: immediately next to the beach on one side and the old town on the other. Ask for the quiche! Location is right next to old town, which is better than the touristy new town, but all walking distants to each other. And the place if extremely clean.

  Josephine ist eine sehr freundliche und ausgezeichnet informierte Gastgeberin. Unser Zimmer war groß, hatte ein wunderschönes Fenster, war sonnig und tiptop sauber. Allenfalls ist es nachts etwas rumorig wegen der gegenüberliegenden Kneipe, aber mit Ohrstöpseln und bei geschlossenem Fenster (Klimaanlage) geht es. Wir haben uns das Bad mit der Ga... was die leute sagen » stgeberin und drei weiteren Gästen geteilt - alles kein Problem. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man B&B einem 0815-Hotel vo - Chez Josephine was exactly what I needed after living out of hotels for 5 weeks. It is a lovely and warm place to come "home" to after a long day of walking. The owner "Jo" was warm and friendly and always available to assist with ideas for local sights or train/bus schedules. There is a shared bathroom but this was never an issue and I found I did not mind it at all. Each morning there was warm freshly baked crossaints (not cold store bought ones)! Loved waking up to the smell of that. Also e - The location was perfect and the room was so big and clean - great value. Josephine had good recommendations for dining. She's very welcoming, but pretty stern about turning the AC off and wiping the water off the shower when you're done to prevent mold, which I had no problem with, but was just surprised. I would definitely recommend staying here. The shared bathroom is not ideal, but it's worth it for the location and size/cleanliness of the room. I loved my stay in Nice.
