  The staff were fantastic. Every single person we met seemed to like their job, were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome. We loved staying at this hotel. The rooms were a good size for European standards, very clean and quiet. Parking was plentiful and right outside the h - From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and every assistance was given to us. The room was clean and tidy and each day the cleaning and tidying whilst we were out was faultless. Breakfast was excellent and generous in quantity. We were given helpful advice each day to make the most of ourstay and on the last day the luggage storage and shower meant we could have a full day skiing before our trip home. The hotel is quiet but this might be different in busier times of the year (we stayed there between the ski season and summer). The lady spoke English on phone and found that everyone speaks English at the hotel too. The staf was extremely helpful. They had given us their best room (18), but since we had lot of luggage, we asked for a room at lower level. They quickly changed the room (3), which was also a very good room. We asked for directions and attractions in the morning, and again the staff was extremely helpful.
